Purchased this battery tender motorcycle usb charger adapter for use on my wife's 2013 Sportster 1200c. motorcycle USB charger works well, however, even on her bike, the cord was a little short. Luckily I purchased a splinter cable at the same time and was able to use it to make up the distance as well as still give easy access to attach a battery tender to her bike.

So far, battery tender motorcycle usb charger adapter  has kept her phone nice and changed when we've gone on a ride, so I'd recommend it - just make sure you account for cable length when routing it.
